Arsenal’s Alex Iwobi reacts to Victor Moses’s retirement from Super Eagles

Arsenal and Super Eagles star, Alext Iwobi has reacted to winger, Victor Moses’s decision to retire from international football.

Recall that Moses, in an Instagram post on Wednesday, explained that he will no longer feature for the Super Eagles but wants to focus on his family and Chelsea.

Iwobi took to his official Twitter page, @alexiwobi‏ on Thursday to appreciate Moses for paving the way for younger players.

“Thank You for Paving the Way for us. You Achieved So Much for Our Country. It Was a Pleasure to Play with You, Wishing You the Best Big Bro @VictorMoses 🇳🇬,” Iwobi tweeted

Moses scored 12 goals in 37 appearances for the Super Eagles.

The 27-year-old was instrumental in Super Eagles conquering of Africa in 2013, and represented the country in two World Cups – 2014 and 2018.
