A facebook user has taken to his profile to share a heart breaking story about a lady, who had used cassava for masturbation and died.
According to the reports, the cassava is said to be 5 inch long, and weights 10kg. The object in used is said to have some of the female reproductive organs on its body.
Facebook users also took this opportunity to share their comments about this issue, while some blame one of African hottest musician Tekno for her death.
